Before it was only available through certified dealers and trying to make it work is like realizing you are in the wrong rocket science class.  It seemed pointless to call it universal remote back then because it was not that universal, they do not work on all appliances.  Some are made for specific models of specific brands.

Now it is as simple as going to the nearest appliance store in your street, align the laser at the proper time and hallelujah!  One remote for everything in your tv cabinet.

I do not know if I am in place to say anything about EA since I have only played two from EA Sports [FIFA and NBA Live] and The Godfather.

The graphics lack the fluidity of Grand Theft Auto.  Even when Grand Theft Auto first came out and it was mostly one dimensional to some, it still was not that bad.  To me the graphics were still like a painting.

I repeat, this is just my opinion of what I have tried from EA.  It could be them, it could be me or my computer, either way, graphics mean a lot to me when playing.  It is part of the entire virtual experience.  So when you see your favorite football player with an awkwardly prominent square jaw, it sort of makes me feel robbed of my temporary escape from the real world.  I cannot play for s**t, I tried my hand on several sports but I always ended up in the reserved roster.

When I first learned of Twitter, I was shocked and amused at the same time.  Reading through a lengthy thread, some from friends to other friends, others from one complete stranger to another.  Does it not bother them that their entire conversation can be read by the entire world?  Conversations are supposed to be intimate.  They are personal thoughts shared between people with emotional proximity.

One time I tried it out for kicks.  I replied to some post of a random guy.  In less than three seconds, he replied ‘[MyUsername] is stalking me’.  Hahaha.  Is this a form of interaction?  If not then why post something that you would not want people to reply to or simply read?

I’ve read positive reveiws on a few blogs and even the digital point forums, this is a really good start. Everyone knows digitalpoint forums are pretty much the top webmasters out there and extremely picky who they do business with.

There site is very well designed and easy to navigate, this is definately a plus when you’re looking to submit more sites to them to review for advert placement. According to reviews they also have a good history of paying promptly which again is a bonus, after all no one likes to be sitting around waiting to get paid for anything!

Advertising really seems to be changing now days and moving away from the usual areas like TV and billboards and focussing more on online adverts, especially on smaller websites wheras it used to just be on big name websites.

Overall the review of Linkstar is glowingly positive, I can’t see any reason this form of advertising wont be as big as any of the traditional older ones.

I do not know if I should be saddened by the evolution of lcd to mobility that you can install them in your car.  You can have one on each headrest, another one by the rear view mirror or on the dash.  You can even set it up to be a full theater system with 5.1 speakers.  You now have a home theater in your ride.  All you need is a lazy boy.  And there goes my ideal roadtrip, right out the window, driven out by the lcds.  Sigh.

He was the perfect epitome of a well-rounded person.  He took up chemical engineering in University of Washington and was a member of Delta Upsilon.

We have already encountered idealistic riders like Terje who refused to be in the Winter Olympics because he believes that riders should not compete but rather nurture each other.  Craig shared the same philosophy in a different level.  He refused to be part of lucrative agreements to carry on with his passion for riding the mountains.  He was notorious for his spectacular action shots which usually have him looking right through the camera.  Like Terje, he too was smooth as a cat on the mountain lines.

Tragedy struck the snowboarding community when Craig died in an avalanche in Revelstoke, BC on January 20, 2003 along with six people as he was earning his certification as a Canadian Mountain guide.

When they began having the voice dialer on mobile phones, I excitedly thought that was the beginning of a new revolution on innovation.  Indeed, it was.

Watching tv earlier today, I saw an archive clip on lasers and how it can be used to peel a potato if calibrated properly.  This gave birth to an idea in my head that maybe there is a similar procedure for callouses.  I imagined it would be something that could measure the average softness and thickness of the skin hence removing anything thicker or harder on the rest of the foot.

If such a thing does exist, please let me know.  I would be forever grateful.

Of course, it is not completely paperless but the use of paper is limited to the most important documents.  Or the fax machine.  You will not need sticky papers stuck all over your monitor to remind yourself of the things you need to do.  Just make a note using a simple software that you can synchronize with your mobile phone and you can have the alerts on your mobile device.  Better than sticky notes, it can remind you whenever, wherever.  You do not have to print out important emails, again you just have to synchronize you email client and you can access them while you are on the go.  This does not only makes your life easier, it also gives you time to give your contribution in the preservation of the deteriorating environment.

Since I already started the nostalgia, I dug further down my memory bank.  The first time I saw Dazed and Confused on vhs!  I still have it but it is all moldy and dusty and my player is now broken.  Back then whenever a vcr or boombox breaks down, we are used to hearing answers like ‘the head is broken’ or ‘the head is worn out’.  I remember having two vcrs: the first one could play betamax which is smaller than vhs and the second for vhs since their sizes vary.  I also remember having a video tape rewinder!  Boy, I am so glad rewinding is now done with only one press of a button.
